Abstract
Electronic publishing is a modern method of dissemination of scholarly information. The term electronic publishing is defined by various authors in different ways. Library as the centre of knowledge, can play a successful role as publisher in electronic era. This paper gives details about the steps involved in e-publishing, various modes of electronic publishing, prerequisites and constraints of electronic publishing.
